Rochester Auto Repair

This morning while on the way to work i got a flat tire. I called work to let them know i would be late and asked my friend who answered if she knew who i could call for help. She recommended Action and said she knew the owner. Rob Thompson came out and put my spare on for me. I could not have asked for a better guy! What an absolute sweetheart! He took such good care of me. GREAT recommendation by my friend. I would definitely recommend Action to anyone!!

My son is attending college in Rochester. The wheel fell off as he was driving. His car was towed to Action. The repairs were completed, however less than a month later, the wheel bearing and axle have become dislodged and the only thing holding the wheel on is the steering caliper. This car was driven for 250 miles home in this condition. Incorrect assessment led to my son operating a car in dangerous disrepair. On top of all that, they put the wrong size brake pads on the car. I'm not interested in my money back or re-doing the repairs. True incompetence that not only wasted my money on repairs, but could have caused a life threatening driving conditions..

Spoke with Robin. She said there were no problems and it was great.

Tim said the business did a great job. They guy who did his inspection was very personable and had a great sense of humor. They were very friendly and to the point.

Donald said this business is tremendous. He is very pleased with their work and how they got him in and out. They are terrific. It was his first time there and he will definitely be going back. The staff is courteous and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The facility is nice, he will be recommending this business for service.
