Do not use!! I am really upset now. I pulled into a small ditch and could not get out. It was muddy but it was snowing. I called my roadside assistance and they dispatched this company. After 40 minutes or so I truck drove up to the gas station accross the street and then left. I received a call from my insurance telling me that they can't help me out cause the side road was not plowed. Realistically it was a paved road with a trace of snow. So I called and asked why they didn't help me that I had my daughter and it wasn't that bad. I was told too bad they can't help. Meanwhile a young guy in a tow truck stops by and asks me what happened. He works for 12 corners towing. I explain to him and he offers to pull me out for free. It took him 2 minutes and I was free. I tipped him for his help and tomorrow I'm going to see if they can get paid for the service since they do work with my insurance. What bothered me the most was this company did not even come by to assess the situation and just left. I was three feet from a paved road. Nice work fellas I hope you like my review. Thank you 12 corners towing for your help.

I came in, sat down and before I knew it, the car was done. Service people were very respectful.

Shirley said the business has nice people. Everyone is nice and fun to be with and they have great service. She mentioned they were able to take her home as well as offered her a ride back to pick up her vehicle, but she found someone to bring her back to the business. She was very happy with this service. She said she hopes they do not lose their sense humor. She stated it is like she has known them all her life. They make a person feel comfortable.

Troy said this business took care of his vehicle and transported him to his destination. They are good at what they do.

When asked to move his truck while it was parked on private property on Elton Street while the driver was servicing a car on another property the driver was incredibly rude and told me he could park it anywhere he wants because he's a tow truck. It was not an emergency and there were other places he could have parked including on the property he had been called to. The driver was arrogant and surly and I will never call this business and will advise my friends and acquaintances to patronize other businesses that respect private property rights.
