Terrible service and filing compliant via BMW corporate. BMW gave them a hour to arrive and took over two hours. They had zero experience with my BMW and left. If you want timely service or someone knowledgeable for that matter don't call action.

Its bad enough my battery died and left me stranded. Its worse when the tow truck driver rifles through your car and takes whatever he damn well pleases. Those were my last pair of sunglasses you jerk. Rot in hell prick.

Horrible service, if i could rate 0 I would. The driver made me wife and children uncomfortable while yelling at me that I have the wrong directions. Not once in the whole process did he take his cigarette out of his mouth. Broke off part of my front bumper resulting in a $100 repair. Called at 8am, and didn't receive any call till 2:30pm when I called them.
