Hi my name is mike i took my 1995 bmw 325is to Action Towing And Service to get a wheel issue..When entering place was very neat and clean unlike other waiting rooms around..Was greeted very professional and offered free coffee and tv while i wait for them to pull it in due to being busy the manager got a tech to look at my car so i was"t waiting to long and offered a ride if i had work or a place i had to be I was stunned they offered that service and were able to pick me up when car was ready ..Pricing was cheaper then i expected the also notice other potential threats to my car and explained in detail my options and what was reccomended to fix and what could wait till the future they did not try and sell me stuff i did not need just the parts i came for..When i went to other places they said i needed more then i did there honest and direct and i am a customer for life ...Thanks guys for everything and i will be back and so will my family and friends..

Very reliable and prompt. Called on short notice and had my car towed exactly where it needed to be even though I wasn't there. Took care of everything including payment over the phone. Polite and responsive, exactly what I was looking for.

I had my scooter towed to an inspection shop today. The tow truck driver was a little late and we arrived at the inspection shop almost at closing time. Fortunately, the shop employee was still nice enough to inspect. Couldn't pay the $6 inspection fee with my card so needed cash. The tow truck driver offered to pay and I just paid him back later after he towed the scooter to my place. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs tow service in the Rochester area.

Charlie showed up quick, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and an all around American hero. I will use action towing from now on and recommend it to all my friends thanks to charlie
