I came outside to find that someone had called Action Rochester to remove a car from the rode my house is on. The truck blocked me into my drive way so I casually walked over to ask the tow truck operator how long it might take. He proceed to aggressively reply with "how ever long it takes". I then informed him that I needed to leave soon and he replied with "good for you". Appreciate the conduct.

David said the business followed through. Their customer service was excellent, they were polite, courteous and provided good service.

Tamika said it was good customer service. The people at the business were very nice and polite. They did not work on the vehicle, though, because she was not going to get her vehicle when it was needed.

Our daughter & son are in college up there. Twice now we were not only towed there upon recommendation by AAA, they have repaired the issues in a timely and very courteous manner. Extremely helpful and kind. We even compared their prices with our trusted mechanic in NJ and they were comparable. Thanks for your great customer service!

AAA dispatched this company to pick up my damaged car from a auto shop and bring it to my apartment. I called around 2:30, the tow truck driver didn’t call me until 4:40. He was at the wrong shop, tried to give him directions to the right one- he said “I’ll find it.” And hung up on me. 30 mins later he pulls in to the one parking space in our lot that the tenants can’t park in. I asked him if he could move over a spot or two and he told me that I could just do it. When I asked him again, since my car had a blown transmission, he looked at me and slammed the door. I stood aside to talk to my landlord as he tried to back the car into a different space. My landlord literally had to pull me out of the way because the driver came inches from my face, almost running over my toe! Then he pulled up on our apartment lawn, digging up huge chunks of dirt with his tires. Slammed around a bit more to park the car and then left without another word, eye contact, no acknowledgement at all. Very very rude driver and I would not use this towing service again.
