I called AAA for a flat tire and John from Action Towing was sent to help. He definitely deserves 5 stars!! Not only did he arrive about 10 minutes after my call but he was so friendly and professional. The lug nuts on my car were rusted on and stripped but rather than just telling me he couldn’t help, he figured out a way to get them off, and it was not easy. He got the spare on for me and even filled it with air. Everything about him was just great. He has a great personality and got the job done quickly. Thanks again John!

All i can say is lance in the service dept has a heart of gold and will suggest the best options before taking any money from you or starting any work! Even the towing guy that took my vehicle in gave me some honest suggestion on what i should do before i spoke with lance these guys are awesome!

I inadvertently left my wallet in my car when I left it at Action Towing to have the battery replaced. I didn't worry though--and, when I picked the car up--I learned I was right not to have worried. Not only was the wallet where I had left it, the $35 in the wallet was still there. Action employees care about their customers, as evinced by the honesty shown in my recent interaction with them.

They dropped me off AND picked me up from work while my car was being fixed

Geoff said they were up front, honest, had a good price, and the work seemed to be good.

They were very helpful with insurance questions.

I came outside to find that someone had called Action Rochester to remove a car from the rode my house is on. The truck blocked me into my drive way so I casually walked over to ask the tow truck operator how long it might take. He proceed to aggressively reply with "how ever long it takes". I then informed him that I needed to leave soon and he replied with "good for you". Appreciate the conduct.
