Having it being a heat wave of over 5 coming up and the air in my vehicle needing to be recharges, I was able to get an appointment after I got out of work which was great. Having to have your vehicle tied up for the day can be an inconvenience and even though Action does have a shuttle service, I was so glad to not have to use it. I was in and out in less than an hour and they also discovered I had no cap on my brake master cylinder and were able to obtain one before I left. Action is the way to go. They really pay close attention to the details and their staff is genuinely friendly, honest, and caring. They will always be the first one I will contact every time I need service on my vehicle from now on.

Went to get my rear breaks replaced. Was told it should only take a day. They had the car for 5 days and broke numerous other parts in the process. They informed me was fixed on 4 separate occasions, only for me to go there and find out the broke another part on the car. I informed the owner the first time that the shifter was sticking when it hadn't before and he told me 'they just do that' and it was in my head. I find out they broke the break line and rounted the new one around the shifter. The car locked up in an intersection a mile away after driving it out of the lot. They charged me for the parts they broke. Do not go here for anything other than an oil change. I was offered nothing in return for their gross negligence. I took the car to another shop afterwards and they informed me of the terrible job they did.

Danielle said this business was very respectful. They kept her updated and explained everything to her. They couldn't figure out the issue so they didn't charge her. They set her up with another facility able to assist her. They took care of a lot to make it an easy transition. She was very happy with them and plans to return.
