Horrible customer service!! They talk over you when you try to speak and tell the customer that they're wrong even though there's evidence. I received a text from my insurance co stating they dispatched Action as my service provider. I called them and spoke to Chrissy who said that I should receive a text from the driver in 1 1/2 hrs because the driver had to make a bank drop (?) in Henrietta. I never received a text and called to follow up. I was told that I was not in their system for a tow and that Chrissy must have handled my call, but she was gone for the day. It was suggested that I contact my insurance co to have them dispatch again. Insurance said that they set things up with Chrissy and was sorry for the inconvenience. While on the call with my co I received a follow up text stating that the provider should have arrived. LOL. Needlesstosay, we cancelled Action and went with another provider. I will refuse Action Towing if they are offered as a provider in the future. Very unprofessional office staff...drivers are usually good.
