Excellent family owned business that does great work at a fair price. I go here for all my repair and maintenance work on my 2014 Chevy Sonic, 2005 Honda Element, and 1990 Geo Storm and they always take good care of me. Definitely recommend checking them out if you need a repair. No experience with the towing end of the operation but the other reviews seem to say it not always the best.

We take all our family vehicles here. They are great on time, cost, repairs are done well and you are not overcharged. If you are concerned about parts cost, they do offer the option of bring your own part and they will install it, but their prices are fair and we trust them that we won't be asked to do repairs that aren't needed.

Help me jump start my car and install a new battery. Nice guys too.

Update: Another Action towing truck just now arrived and driver much more helpful and competent. Action Towing showed up to the parking lot after receiving my AAA call for a flat tire. The guy that arrived never initiated anything to do with towing the car instead he claimed he was unable to "scan" my AAA card. He claimed the card must be scanned and a new driver with new scanner and truck was just around the corner . Ten minutes and no truck later, I call AAA and am told the driver cancelled the call because I didn't appear to be the person on my own license!! So not only did he lie he left me stranded, in the rain with a flat tire. Now I've been on hold with AAA for another 25 minutes. Not impressed.

Nancy said the business was great. They took the time to try to help her and fix the problem, before they turned it over to the dealership. She appreciates that they tried. The business gave her free towing to the dealership, and only charged her 45 dollars. She will be using the business again.

Eroll said the staff was able to pinpoint the issue, and they are all great.

Elizabeth said she was very upset when her vehicle broke down. When the person who was going to tow it got there, he was very encouraging, polite and very nice. She stated he put her in a good mood.

Jackie said the staff was honest, and she won't take her vehicle anywhere else.
