This company is amazing.My brakes went out on my truck. I had to go on a curb to stop my truck, Action towing came to my rescue the tow guy named Adam this dude was amazing he got my truck off the curb towed it back across the str to my house wher it is a small parking space with a hill and angle .man!this dude towed my truck like a pro even kitty cornered his truck to perfectly unload my truck perfectly in the small space dude was amazing smh wow Adam you the man bro!! Action Towing is the best towing seen

Laz and his colleagues invariably represent the best in customer service. I had left my wallet in the car and it was still there when I picked it up. So was the $35 that had been in the wallet. Action Towing is customer-oriented and oh-so-professional. I am grateful they are in my neighborhood!

My friend was coming home and hit a deer last night in Rochester and they tow truck driver was very rude to him! Said his shift was almost over so he wasn’t driving it any further than the shop, but that he would drop it off today at the collision shop so it could be looked at! No one called him or answered the phone! Now he has no idea when he car will be delivered to a the collision shop in Hamburg! Rude tow truck driver and even worse service

Service was prompt, price was fair. I had a repeated ignition switch issue, they did not want it replaced until it no longer would work as to be sure that was the issue, and over a few months it eventually did prove to be the issue. They towed and worked it no issue within a day of the issue reappearing. This is my car shop for the foreseeable future.
