Beth said that the staff were very prompt in diagnosing her problem, made the repair quickly and were friendly and nice to deal with. She appreciates and enjoy working with Laz at the front desk.

Baljot said the service was pretty good. She appreciated the employees, their personalities, and how helpful they were.

Spoke with Kristina. She said they showed up quickly to tow her vehicle. They were very pleasant and helpful. Also, they got back to her expediently.

Most unprofessional workers ever!!! Only towing and roadside assistance that services the NY Thruway where I got stuck. The only thing professional about this office was the representatives in the office. After waiting over an hour for a five minute task, I’ve never been dissatisfied asI have with Action Towing. Josh and his colleague are the worst! I’d leave zero stars if I could.
