Adam is the best! Not only is he friendly and professional but he is also an excellent driver. We watched him as he maneuvered into the parking lot taking extra time using extra precaution. He truly is a great representation of your company and should be recognized for this!

Adam was my driver and help me find the problem I called with a dead car. When Adam got here he had a smile in his face and diagnosed the problem right away help me with my battery and now my car is fine. 5 stars just for the smile and service that was outstanding. THANK YOU Adam.

I am so grateful for the super fast service I had received from Paul. He very professional, We was out grocery shopping with my family. All of sudden we had to pull over in the expressway. We stayed calm. I call AAA. I explain to the customer service representative I believe we must run out of gas, we trying to get home. We don't care if ice cream melted. Paul came to our rescue. He arrived no longer than 12 minutes. He put gas in our vehicle. He puts himself in harm way because you can hear the cars zoom fast. His smiles are contagious. He my guardian angel today. We appreciated you Paul. Give him a raised, he truly deserve it. Again thank you Paul you ROCK..We made it home safety too..

I had a bad experience twice I called for a jump start they couldn't so they diagnose my car as a starter problem and both time the diagnosed my vehicle wrong they equipment wasn't properly working call son he jump started car right away with jump cables will not use there service again rate them as 1 out of 10

Brandon was professional and friendly. He waited patiently while waiting for business owner(who was very unprofessional)to hand keys to my vehicle to him. He never got frustrated with the owner and held his composure. He towed my vehicle safely. Definitely recommend their services.

The gentleman that changed my tired tipped the rim face down onto the concrete and scratched the hell out of my 19” Aluminum Honda Factory rim that costs over $600 to replace. I tried to file a damage claim and they completely denied doing and had the nerve to tell AAA I was lying and that the damage was already there. SO my LEASE now has a damaged wheel thanks to ACTION TOWING which I will have to pay for when I turn it in to Honda. SO if you have the same problem be sure to MAKE A BIG DEAL OF IT WHILE HE IS THERE BECAUSE THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO PROFESSIONAL INTEGRITY. Will NEVER use again and will NOT recommend to MY customers.
