Paul did a superb and fantastic job, finding a pin hole leakage in my tire , after exhausting all my options; such as taking the car back to the dealership and going around to different automotive services for a second opinion. I would highly recommend him, because he is dedicated and meticulous at what he does.

Adam is far beyond a tow truck driver; he was able to diagnose the issue that has been daunting me w/ my Jeep in a matter of seconds. I went to multiple shops and got zero answers. When I towed my Jeep back to my place with intention to figure it out on my own he initiated a helping hand without me even asking. We need more people like Adam in all fields of trade; he is a man with authentic integrity, and carries dexterity in many facets. Did not anticipate the Tow Truck driver not just obtaining, but also delivering the solutions to all my problems when "actual mechanics" were puzzled with no answers. I first met Mario from action towing when he answered our AAA call. I had driven to Rochester from Buffalo and 10 minutes from my destination my car started making a crazy sound. I asked him if he could tell me if he thought the car could make the trip back to Buffalo or if I had to have it fixed right away. He took a look at the car, spotted the problem right away and helped me get it into his shop because the first two shops I called were 8 days out. I can’t say enough how helpful and kind he was. Sean at Action towing and service said they were really backed up but would get it looked at first thing in the morning. We luckily could stay at the friends house I was at over night. They looked at the car the next day, luckily had the part and we were back on the road to Buffalo by 5:00. They were amazing and I can’t recommend them enough!
