These people are horrible they drop my car off to the wrong place so my car was never fixed and they don’t want to hold themselves reliable and get me something to use until my car is fixed. Never again the OWNER IS VERY RUDE YELLING AT ME ON THE PHONE. Very unprofessional
Juanita, You spoke to every level of management in this company, all 4 of us returned your calls promptly and did our best to answer your questions and listen your complaints. We all offered our apologies and owned the mistake. We are fallible and apologize for our error and your inconvenience. It should however be made public that this tow occurred 6 days ago, and you did not report the incident until today 10/13. I am the owner and I did not think it rude to inquire how you have been transporting yourself, your 4 kids, and your husband, these last 6 days after your demand for a rental car because you had no transportation? You hung up on me Ma'am, and you did so because I would not fire my employee, or financially compensate you for dropping your vehicle at the wrong shop 150 feet from the intended destination. People make mistakes, its what makes us human, and exacting a pound of flesh each time you feel wronged is not how this company works.. Once again our apologies and God Bless.
