Rude over the phone customer service..but when the driver finally did arrive it was 1.2..3...

Henry was outstanding in figuring out why my car wouldn’t start. I was ready to have it towed just before Christmas, knowing that I may not have it fixed until New Year’s (so very upset). He figured out that I was using my valet key (that I had totally forgotten I even had). Zero need to have it towed or fixed. Thank the heaven above that you have such an astute and resourceful staff member. I will ask for your company any time I need assistance. So very, very grateful!!

Mario went above and BEYOND to provide excellent service and was very helpful and professional. He went against all odds, even when multiple people denied our request because the car was stuck and it was too much trouble, but mario didn't quit! He tried his best, and succeeded and made our Christmas better! I'd rate his service 10 stars if it allowed me! Definitely will recommend.
