Action Auto & Towing is reliable, dependable and all around a great auto shop and business. My car broke down of a Friday night and my wait time was not long at all. Jason towed my car and was very informative of what could be going on. When we brought it into the shop unfortunately it was alot more than we thought. Tom continued to keep me in the loop and even gave me recommendations moving forward. Will definitely be using them for my car needs !

Told me that they were on their way. Were 20 mins away. Waited 2 hours after they said they weren't coming . I would never tell someone about this company ...no action

While traveling the new York thruway the car I was in had mechanical issues Henry from action towing answered the call. It was extremely cold and he made my safety and well being a priority. He went above and beyond to make sure I got home safely. His personality made what could have been a bad day turned into an enjoyable adventure. Thank you Action Towing for sending Henry.

While on a road trip my friend and I broke down and triple AAA sent us Henry from Action Towing. Henry showed in a timely manner and was extremely accommodating. We had a 2 hour trip back and he allowed us time for a stop to eat. Henry was friendly and joked with us on the trip home.

What great customer service Action Automotive has!! My car was at a dealer for service and they told me the battery needed replacing. My battery was still under warranty with Action Auto and Action went to the dealership and fixed the issue - all while I was still at work!! They called me on the phone to explain everything and answer all my questions - really made sure I was satisfied!. Will definitely use them again!! If you want peace of mind regarding your car you should check them out.

Excellent response time, very patient with me. They were incredibly thorough while checking out my car to find the problem and solve it quickly. They're definitely up at the top of my list for who to go to with car troubles from now on. Legitimate lifesavers!! This is my first car and I have no idea what I'd do without it. These folks worked in the cold and dark to make sure I wasn't stranded.

I slid off road and action towing driver Andrew was able to get me back on the road. The driver was very professional and even went the extra mile to make sue i was ok. And just over all made a great lasting impression.
