My partner and I were working in the area in our ambulance when we suffered mechanical failures. We used Action Towing out of Rochester. After speaking with Danielle who was very pleasant at the office, they dispatched a flatbed rig to our location. Our driver's name was Dave; he was professional, pleasant, personable, and patient as we had to wait to exchange equipment with another crew that were on their way. After exchanging our equipment, Dave professionally loaded our rig onto his flatbed, driving us to the Diesel Barn in Rochester, where we had our repairs done. Dave was friendly and talkative on our ride. Dave is an asset to this organization. Thank you. Action Towing action towing for the excellent service you provided when we were in need.

They are so annoying and very unprofessional. They come to my house often towed with different cars blocking my driveway and doing that shows me I will never trust them with my car taking it where it’s not supposed to be. Since I notice this has been a pattern I will keep posting for others to be aware where your car has been and the risk your taking. Do you know where your car is going?
