Rochester Auto Repair

This evening I ended up with a flat tire! I called my Honda road side assistance and they set me up with a towing service that happened to be Action. The gentleman who helped me (Henry) called me because where I was parked was a little tricky to spot. Once he got to me he was so kind and explained the options of either putting the spare tire on for me and I could take it to the dealership repair center or he could transport my car to the Honda shop. We decided that he would take it, and within a few mins he had loaded the car and was on his way!! Thank you Henry!

Have used action towing multiple times and always had a great experience. Just had a great guy named Mario come to tow a car for me and he managed to get my car up and running to where I could drive it to the shop myself and saved me $50! Keep up the great work guys!

Mario was amazing! Not only was he very educational but he came way before time! I have, unfortunately, had a lot of breakdowns this past year and have had to deal with rude, late, and inexperience towers. But Mario came, exceeded, and took my car to the mechanics with no problem. If I have another breakdown (let’s hope not) I want to be able to request him every time! Thank you Action for hiring people like him & hopefully you get more of them!
