Such a helpful place!! I was driving across country and happened to be in Scottsville NY when my check engine oil level light came on. I pulled over on the highway and saw that my oil was leaking. I called AAA and they sent Action Towing and Service. AAA made the process confusing but the tow truck driver, Michael made everything seamless and ensured that the tow was covered! We went back to the shop for service, they were able to squeeze me in when I got there. The girl at the front desk was really helpful and kept me updated with the process. They put an oil plug back in , filled my car up with new oil and I was able to continue to drive on so I didn't have to spend the night at a hotel. Great place, highly recommend if you're local or happen to be in the area and need service!
