I have a 1989 Lotus Esprit Turbo which needed to be transported to a specialty garage for repairs. Being an unusual vehicle, I was pretty nervous about the whole process, but the garage strongly recommended Action Towing and Service. I'm glad they did. Extreme care was taken assessing the best way to get my car up to, then onto the flatbed. All tie-downs were done to my satisfaction, and my car arrived at the garage in perfect condition. I wouldn't hesitate to use Action Towing and Service if I need to have any of my cars transported in the future and would recommend them to anyone who needs a car of any type towed. My car overheated on I 90 and needed a tow. AAA sent Action towing. Steve got out of the truck with a smile on his face and put me completely at ease. Very professional and we were out of there in no time. I highly recommend this tow service.

On October 4th, your company was sent to tow my car, being that it would not start. The driver, Michael, jumped out of the truck with the biggest smile and was so friendly. Once he found out we were having trouble with the fob, he new exactly what to do to reset it, which the dealer service department didn’t even suggest or know. Michael said we made his day, but he really made ours!
