Have used action towing multiple times and always had a great experience. Just had a great guy named Mario come to tow a car for me and he managed to get my car up and running to where I could drive it to the shop myself and saved me $50! Keep up the great work guys!

Mario was amazing! Not only was he very educational but he came way before time! I have, unfortunately, had a lot of breakdowns this past year and have had to deal with rude, late, and inexperience towers. But Mario came, exceeded, and took my car to the mechanics with no problem. If I have another breakdown (let’s hope not) I want to be able to request him every time! Thank you Action for hiring people like him & hopefully you get more of them!

I called AAA and Action arrived within 15 minutes for a flat tire. Mike really impressed me with his professionalism and courteous manner. He suggested I give them a try (since I work not far from their station). Then when I shared to someone at work about my flat tire drama, doesn't she mention Action as a great place to use. My partner and I were working in the area in our ambulance when we suffered mechanical failures. We used Action Towing out of Rochester. After speaking with Danielle who was very pleasant at the office, they dispatched a flatbed rig to our location. Our driver's name was Dave; he was professional, pleasant, personable, and patient as we had to wait to exchange equipment with another crew that were on their way. After exchanging our equipment, Dave professionally loaded our rig onto his flatbed, driving us to the Diesel Barn in Rochester, where we had our repairs done. Dave was friendly and talkative on our ride. Dave is an asset to this organization. Thank you. Action Towing action towing for the excellent service you provided when we were in need.

They are so annoying and very unprofessional. They come to my house often towed with different cars blocking my driveway and doing that shows me I will never trust them with my car taking it where it’s not supposed to be. Since I notice this has been a pattern I will keep posting for others to be aware where your car has been and the risk your taking. Do you know where your car is going?

Action provides professional, quick, and efficient service! My daughter’s car needed repair after an accident, and Craig, Tommy, and the Action staff handled everything from the tow to working with the insurance company. I highly recommend!
