Used my insurance’s road side assistance app to get a tow. Action got there in 40 minutes (estimated time I was given was 60 minutes, so YAY!). Henry was the driver and was courteous, pleasant, skillful and knowledgeable…backed that big ol’ flatbed up down very narrow driveway like it was nothing!

This evening I ended up with a flat tire! I called my Honda road side assistance and they set me up with a towing service that happened to be Action. The gentleman who helped me (Henry) called me because where I was parked was a little tricky to spot. Once he got to me he was so kind and explained the options of either putting the spare tire on for me and I could take it to the dealership repair center or he could transport my car to the Honda shop. We decided that he would take it, and within a few mins he had loaded the car and was on his way!! Thank you Henry!

Have used action towing multiple times and always had a great experience. Just had a great guy named Mario come to tow a car for me and he managed to get my car up and running to where I could drive it to the shop myself and saved me $50! Keep up the great work guys!
