Extremely rude customer service they hang up the phone on me while I was trying to get my car towed

WORST customer service ever!! Deserves 0 stars. Was told the wait would be one hour. After two hours I called back and was told another 20 minutes. I called them back 40 minutes later and the man was so rude and nasty and told me it would be another 20 minutes. Then my insurance agent called to get better information and she said the same man was so nasty to her she didn’t feel comfortable repeating his words. Insurance company is filing their own complaint. Stay far, far away from these incompetent rude people!!

Michael is the man. He arrived ahead of schedule. (Downtown Rochester) Was professional, polite & friendly. Had me loaded on the flat bed with the utmost care. He confirmed a few things, and made sure I had a ride elsewhere before he left. I felt bad I didn't have cash for a tip.

After waiting for Lexus Roadside Assistance for 7 hours, (Gates Towing), the canceled my service call twice and never notified me. My son called Action Towing. Not only did they show up in 15 minutes, but Josh the driver was friendly, professional and very accommodating. 5 star service! I will never call Gates Towing ever again, but Action has my business and gratitude in the future for a job well done!
