Very nice very professional

A very pleasant experience with the associate that helped me on I-90. And breaking down on the Thruway is about as stressful as it gets. Adam was calm and explained what I needed to do, and made good conversation on the 30 minute trip to my mechanic. As he pointed out, it's great to be a AAA Plus member when you break down on the Thruway!

They are always professional, friendly, and provide great service for reasonable prices. They definitely care about their customers. It's nice that they also have a AAA discount and do auto repair in addition to their towing services. The only downside is that they don't do any body work.

We trust Laszlo and the technicians to always thoroughly inspect our car and make sure that they have found and corrected any issues.They are all a pleasure to deal with and the prices are very reasonable. We would highly recommend this shop to anyone who ask

Justin responded to my flat tire issue on 490. He was extremely professional and courtious, he did everything in his power to get the tire repaired and to get me and my vehicle on our way. But the tire and spare had other issues that were not able to be fixed on the spot. He pointed oh out was wrong and corrective actions for each tire. Justin informed me of what to do next and provided step by step on how to request a tow truck thru the road side repair. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks again Justin!!

A little expensive but worth the cost in my opinion. They are very professional, and we're able to fix the issues I was having with my car. My mileage has improved since I've started using them for oil changes.
