I put in a request through GEICO for roadside service. I was told someone from Action Towing would be herein an hour. I called when it was an hour and a half with no updates, was told they got slammed & it would be 30 minutes. I called when it had been more than 45 minutes after that and was told they guy is in my are & should be here in 10 to 15 minutes. It's now been more than 30 minutes and still nothing.

Muhammad came to my rescue with my disabled Jeep and brought it to my house without the luxury of having me there or the keys he needed. He was so kind, curtious and nice upon delivering my Jeep. Another customer waiting for a tow had unfortunately followed him to my house and spent 20 or 30 mins rudely screaming at him inside of MY driveway while he was just trying to do his job and get my jeep off the tow truck! I tried to diffuse the situation for him because he was just doing his job with the list he had and this lady was out of control screaming at him and stopping him from doing his job for me. She followed him in her jeep and onfoot harassing him over and over.He never lost his cool and calming explained her place in line for her tow over and over. Bless you Muhammad , you had the patience of a saint and didnt deserve how you where treated. Just as I didnt deserve for her to be acting like that on my property with my children. His customer service was A+++++. Your the man Muhammad anytime I need a tow, it's you that I'll call!! Thank you!!
