Getting me unstuck from mud

two and a half hours for a tow. i was four blocks away from their dispatch and it was two and a half hours for a tow. get towed by literally anyone else.

left me in the cold, in winter, waiting in my dead car, for 2.5 hours. every time i called to ask "is your driver on their way?" they brushed me off saying "oh he's 20 minutes out". liars and thieves. go with literally any other shop.

Adam was amazing he made sure to greet himself have a small chat with us. Let us know what he was going to be doing and then completed the task of changing the tire not only that but he helped me to get the tire into my car the one that he took off he even had to help me to know what place I could go to to get my rim and tire fixed. I am really excited about this company and Adam in particular. Thank you.

I was in the median just past Rush on 390 South, Monday, 2/27. The snow storm made roads tough to navigate. The tow truck showed up up faster than I expected. Dave Tiefert was the driver. Nicest guy. He talked me thru the process of getting me back on the road. I was very impressed with his professionalism and road side manner. Would definitely use Action again.

Andrew towed my car tonight and he was SO fabulous!!! He went above and beyond!!! His customer service was impeccable! You have a great employee!!!
