I would totally recommend this place! The staff was super nice and helpful. It was a pleasure getting to have my Jetta be part of action towing & service. The customer service reps at the front desk (Lazaro & Amber) were VERY knowledgeable and personable. They made for a comfortable experience. I will Be back! Thank you guys!!!

Had my jeep towed to Action. It was late in the day so my jeep didn't get looked at until first thing in the morning. The repair was reasonable and the service was prompt. When I picked it up a technician explained to me in detail what the camshaft sensor was and how it influenced the operation of the jeep. I was impressed with their knowledge and patients with explaining things to me. Also the people at the front desk are the best. Very courteous and pleasant to deal with.
