These guys are great. Very prompt. They always try to keep me up to date on what's going on with my car. They remember me whenever I go in. They're always friendly and understanding, and seen to try not to sell me anything I don't need. They even talked me down from things I thought I needed, but didn't, which is a rare thing for a mechanics shop.

Had to have son's car towed & the truck arrival didn't take long at all. Friendliest guy ever!! Never caught his name though...but Thank You!!!!

Don said the business did a good job of explaining why and what the vehicle needed and they were patient. They called and informed him before starting the work on the vehicle so he could decide what he wanted to do.

I never question where to have my car serviced. Since I moved back to Rochester in 2010, Action Towing & Service has taken care of me, no matter what the problem or time frame. All the departments are "top notch!" Thank you once again Action Towing and Service for helping me out.
