I blew a tire on a pothole and ended up at their door. They could not have been nicer and considerate of my needs especially a guy named Lac. A-1.

Through our AAA membership, a service professional from Action Towing was dispatched to our home. "Fred" arrived within the specified window, and was super professional and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, in the car biz, people are often taken advantage of due to their circumstances, and necessity for resolution in their car-related issues. Well,.. this is totally NOT the case with Fred and Action Towing team. It was determined that our battery was DRT (dead right there),. and Fred gave us options to choose from. Naturally, we went with his suggestion, and purchased our battery through Action. Within the hour, another Action Towing team member was onsite (Ryan) who was equally amazing, even pumped up a tire that was low on air. Simply put, Action Towing and Service are the BEST!!

Our car ended up in quite a precarious location today, and the driver never gave up. It was frightening for us and him at times, but he stayed calm, logical, and kept working at it a little bit at a time. It was also 24° with quite a wind chill. Thank youmfor the save and your positive attitude.

From the Tow truck driver (Anthony) to the individuals at the desk and anyone I encountered during my short time there could not have been nicer. They made an unpleasant situation, tolerable. And for good measure they were honest and only sold me what I needed and at a fair price!!! I would recommend them to anyone who will listen

Claire said the staff and service was great, prompt, and friendly. During the tow and repair Lazo was informative, communicating with Claire every step of the process.

Easily the best emergency roadside assistance I've ever experienced. Assistance personnel was on-site and I was on my way within 25 minutes of submitting claim. Thank you so much for the prompt, friendly assistance today.

I cannot recommend this service enough. Was stuck in the median on 531 and gave the wrong address on my insurance app by mistake. Called them to explain where I really was and the woman on the phone was really nice, friendly and understanding of the situation. The tow truck came faster then expected and the guy was really nice and talked me through everything! Really thankful for everyone that helped me today!!
