I got my car towed here, the towing was good so I decided to get my brakes done here, they charged me like 1200 dollars. The brakes seized up a week later. So I'm going to take my car somewhere else now so they can fix the brakes properly. I recommend not getting brake work done here.

After waiting for almost two hours for a tow truck (contacted through "On-Star" service and eventually contacting the tow company myself) to come and change a flat tire, they NEVER showed up!! While waiting, I called AAA, the tow truck from Action Auto arrived within 30 minutes, changed my tire, was prompt and professional - and I was on my way!! Way to go ACTION AUTO!! You get an A+ in my book. If you want a dependable, prompt and professional auto and towing company - ACTION AUTO is the place to go!! They are on the job!! (and MUCH thanks to Brian - the tow driver that showed up)

My daughter was in a real pinch; they helped with a repair that was both high-quality and fast. They were kind and professional. Amazing service!

Tow truck driver sped through a well-beyond red light in a 40mph residential neighborhood. I personally would not do business with a company that has that little regard for families’ safety let alone the safety of my vehicle.

Triple A sent Action to me for a lockout, the service was quick and efficient, the service man was very friendly and professional as well. Highly recommend when you are in a predicament like I was.

Bad disrespectful stuff.

Action towing is a disgrace. I called AAA at 730am and at 10am they decided they didn't want to show up...I called 3 times for updates in 3 hours and was told they were on the way. Me and my 4 year old daughter waited for 3 hours broken down before another tow company finally stepped up and picked up their slack. Everyone that works here should be fired. Nothing but laziness and incompetence. Never use action towing ever. Worst experience I've ever had!
