I just have to take the time to write a review on my tow truck guy today! He was a class act in a very challenging situation. MARIO was a super great guy. He made me feel safe and comfortable. He took care of me over the phone and in person as if I was a member of his family. We dealt with a miscommunication in location, also a miscommunication as to where the keys would be for him and he NEVER ever seemed irritated or frazzled. He made me feel so respected even with all the errors. He waited patiently for me and kept in contact with me through the insurance portion. I needed to be sure I took the time to write a shout out for him!!!! Action Towing MARIO- top notch guy!!

We were grateful today for Bobby’s assistance. He diagnose and address the issue, ensuring no further damage could occur. Bobby’s efficiency and courtesy and easiness to talk to made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. We’re immensely thankful for his expertise and dedication in helping our son.

Started using them to do NYS Inspection on my motorhome as most of the heavy weight inspection stations cater to trucks. These guys were great, got me in and out and didn't try to rip me off. I now use them for all my vehicles, and can't say enough nice things about them.

Absolutely wonderful people to work with! They are very patient and great at what they do and fix everything in a timely fashion. Sean was very understanding with the stressful situation of the car being damaged from a break in and was very kind and kept me up to date on everything throughout the process of the repair. They have done regular maintenance on my cars for years and this experience with an unexpected issue just proves that they are amazing at what they do.

On April 22, 2024 I had the misfortune of rubbing against a curb and ended up with a flat tire on my brand new summer car. Trenton came and got my car up on the flatbed. He was extremely attentive and took great care hooking up and transporting my car. Huge shout out to him and action towing for helping turn my night around and safely towing my car. Thank you so much guys!!

Do not know employee’s name, but he was sent from a AAA request for key locked in car yesterday, April 19, in a parking lot on White Spruce Boulevard. He was friendly and worked quickly and efficiently until door was opened. It was appreciated. Harry
