Yesterday my technician Nick in truck 573-31 was awesome! I was blown away with his level of expertise and customer service. I would hire Action Towing and Service again as long and he works there.

Trent is AMAZING! I called AAA when my car died last week. Trent came out and started my car in less than 2 minutes. When my car died again over the weekend Trent came back to start it again. While he was here he realized what the problem was, explained it to me, and fixed it! Trent saved me over $300 in mechanic, towing, and repairs costs. I HIGHLY recommend Trent and Action Towing and Service.

Excellent Experience-Wonderful shop-Got me back on the road quickly

I hate this company. They took my order request through AAA and neglected to realize that their company does not even tow my vehicle although their trucks are perfectly equipped to do so. He told me my van was too tall and that I would need a new truck… Which would be the same height, but from a different company because he was unwilling to help me. I waited for three hours and even had to call AAA to make sure they were even still on their way. They called action to confirm everything was all good 2 hours into the wait. I made sure to put that my van was tall on the original service request too and the company neglected to read the notation or even recognize that they do not tow sprinter vans at all. Another company was able to help immediately and so action Towing wasted over three hours of my time for absolutely no reason and they were extremely rude and unhelpful on top of that. Horrible company, giving the tow industry a bad name. They acted like towing a shorty sprinter was a huge risk and undertaking. I’ve had sprinters towed plenty of times by other companies and no one’s ever took issue with the job. Truly Pathetic!

Great flat tire and towing experience. Shout out to Dillon who made me feel better about my flat tire from hitting a pot hole — he went out of his way to make my experience positive. The other person who I interacted with (didn’t catch his name) was also very personable and made sure we were safe and got to where we needed after he towed the car. Would recommend them (I was connected to them through AAA and thankful for it.)
