I thought I would have to guide Dave to my car, as I was in a parking lot, but he found it on his own, and within just a few minutes had it ready to tow to Monro Tire Center. An amazing job well done from Dave!!

Jahmel " Mel".... Was one of the most professional young tow drivers I've ever seen.Arrived in about 15 min! Very informative and helpful. My Van was stuck in Avery odd spot and he performed a miracle to get my van out. I no based on the conditions he went above and beyond my expectations. Would recommend to anyone and I pray it's him the next time I need a tow. Thnx Mel I appreciate everything you did.

please service your tow trucks! was behind one of your tow trucks on West Ridge rd today and the fumes were just bursting from under the truck. gave me and my wife severe headaches and irritated throats. next time i will be calling DOT to complain.

An employee from Action Towing answered my AAA call today. Unfortunately I did not get his name he was in truck 18 about 3 pm on 11/16/23. Pouring cold rain and my car had something hanging underneath. He looked and explained clearly what the problem was and went about doing a temporary fix. He had to lay down in the wet ground after lifting the car all this in cold pouring rain. He carefully suggested what my next steps might be. I asked what do I owe and he just smiled and said it’s covered. I said no what do I owe you and he smiled shook his head no and said this is what I do and I love my job. Thank you truck 18 you gave me hope of a kinder world.
