Your drivers don’t pay attention while they’re driving and almost hit children and a crossing guard trying to stop traffic to let kids go to school. This is terrible business practice, and your drivers should be paying attention they are emergency service vehicles they could’ve just caused a serious emergency on the road and your dispatcher isn’t very helpful when somebody calls with a complaint like that either. I will never use your business and people should know your drivers don’t pay attention and could have killed children this morning. Editing to add the driver was speeding in a school zone as well. You’re very lucky nothing happened to the crossing guard or those children. Your driver 33 should loose his job. Period.

ZERO stars! This was the MOST rude company I have EVER spoken to. My husband slid off the road and we did not have the exact address and they would "Not go on a wild goose chase" looking for it. It's snowing, should I have left my husband on the side of the road?! I could give them the road it was on, the cross streets, etc but not the address because there was not one! Bright red car, I'm sure it would be impossible to find with my directions. They told me they are not familiar with the area. THEN DON'T BE A TOW TRUCK COMPANY if you can't help people. And DON'T BE RUDE!!!!!!

Had a hell of a day today and ended up locking myself out of my car to top it all off. Called AAA and they sent out Nicholas Russell from Action Towing and Service. Came quick, friendly, professional, and best of all got the truck open quick! Thank you so much Nick!

Action Towing was only 10 min away, got my car up unto the bed with no problems. Jason was friendly and excellent getting the job done. Great experience!
