It was a difficult repair, with many obstacles, and through it all Laz kept me well informed, and reassured. In the end, the car is fixed, I have a thorough understanding of what happened, a receipt that includes several photos to show my hometown mechanic, and my bill was MORE THAN fair for the work that was done.
