Mario Santani arrived to tow my disabled car to my dealer. He made several attempts to enable my car for towing even though the battery was completely spent and therefore the electrically operated systems would not work. He had several "tricks up his sleeve" and used them all and was finally able to get my car on the flatbed.He did this all with a smile on his face and a congenial manner. I am sold on Action Towing because of him!
