Didn't have to wait long , both operators very professional .

Chris came to tow my car to a service center. He was beyond professional; he was incredibly patient, made me feel at-ease, helped brush the snow off my car, and answered the barrage of my niece's questions. I would gladly call Chris at Action Towing again.

These guys are great. Very prompt. They always try to keep me up to date on what's going on with my car. They remember me whenever I go in. They're always friendly and understanding, and seen to try not to sell me anything I don't need. They even talked me down from things I thought I needed, but didn't, which is a rare thing for a mechanics shop.

Had to have son's car towed & the truck arrival didn't take long at all. Friendliest guy ever!! Never caught his name though...but Thank You!!!!
