Not the same shop it used to be. I feel like they took advantage of the fact that I'm a women and have an older car. I will not be taking my business back to them.

Marie, I have reviewed work order, and see the recommendations we had made. Understandably the exhaust and converter are very expensive, and I can rationale why you may feel the prices were high. Unfortunately, with the rash of converter theft increasing demand, and downturn in the economy, venders have doubled their pricing in most instances. I also see that you declined the repairs and opted for the oil change and diagnoses only. I can promise you that your gender has zero to do with our pricing or recommendations. We are the same shop we have always been, as a company doing the best we can to navigate the economic challenges we are all facing. I appreciate your patronage up to this point and am saddened we failed to meet your expectations.

The driver actually threatened me , Swore continually , physically and verbally threatened me , destroyed my car while mounting and dismounting , ripped body parts off and spead off while I was calling on him , can't believe triple a used this company and we ll see what's done about it never use this company

David, We have the GPS reports, the audio, and video from the exchange. Your car was damaged by a mechanical failure and was the reason you call for assistance in the first place. Action always takes great care of our vehicles. Our most recent interaction was a NYS inspection. We received an appointment time without delay. They remained in good communication with us. We have used them for our vehicles since Saginaw Drive, a lot of years! I don't stay loyal to a company unless they deserve my loyalty. Action does!
