Andrew was so nice and helpful when he picked me and my truck up. He helped calm my mind and prioritized my comfort by letting me wait in the warm truck. He even provided a little diagnosis Anon the ride to the shop with his best guess of what happened and the probable fix. Real nice guy with a good personality. two and a half hours for a tow. i was four blocks away from their dispatch and it was two and a half hours for a tow. get towed by literally anyone else.

left me in the cold, in winter, waiting in my dead car, for 2.5 hours. every time i called to ask "is your driver on their way?" they brushed me off saying "oh he's 20 minutes out". liars and thieves. go with literally any other shop.
