My car wouldn't start so I called AAA to get a boost. Henry from Action Towing arrived and tested my battery showing it was on its at leg and he knowledgably discussed the lifespan of a battery. I decided to purchase a new battery, which Henry had on his truck and he installed it in less than 10 minutes. Henry was friendly, professional and very capable. I would use their services again with confidence!

Adam was extremely professional and was able to plug my flat tire very quickly, I originally wanted to get my truck towed to a shop to get the tire repaired but Adam said he could fix it on the spot which saved me so much time! I’m very happy with Adam’s service!

My car died on Mt. Hope during heavy traffic time. While I was calling my insurance for help, a small tow truck just happened by and helped get me onto a side road. What a sweetheart!! Then the same company was the one to actually get the tow job. Fast, fast service, kind driver, and so professional. If I am ever in a jam again, I hope that these guys are on duty!! Flat tire! Could have ruined the day. But Henry from Action Automotive and towing service was great! He arrived within 5 minutes and 7 minutes later he was finished. Professional, neat, helpful and courteous. Kudos to you!!

Tuesday after work, looking forward to getting home only to discover the battery was dead. Henry arrived within 30 minutes after the AAA call and changed out the "bad" battery in no time at all. A thoroughly delightful and capable fellow--just the recipe for great customer service at a time when frustration could have been the experience. It was NOT.
