While on a road trip my friend and I broke down and triple AAA sent us Henry from Action Towing. Henry showed in a timely manner and was extremely accommodating. We had a 2 hour trip back and he allowed us time for a stop to eat. Henry was friendly and joked with us on the trip home.

What great customer service Action Automotive has!! My car was at a dealer for service and they told me the battery needed replacing. My battery was still under warranty with Action Auto and Action went to the dealership and fixed the issue - all while I was still at work!! They called me on the phone to explain everything and answer all my questions - really made sure I was satisfied!. Will definitely use them again!! If you want peace of mind regarding your car you should check them out.

Excellent response time, very patient with me. They were incredibly thorough while checking out my car to find the problem and solve it quickly. They're definitely up at the top of my list for who to go to with car troubles from now on. Legitimate lifesavers!! This is my first car and I have no idea what I'd do without it. These folks worked in the cold and dark to make sure I wasn't stranded.

I slid off road and action towing driver Andrew was able to get me back on the road. The driver was very professional and even went the extra mile to make sue i was ok. And just over all made a great lasting impression.
