They are so annoying and very unprofessional. They come to my house often towed with different cars blocking my driveway and doing that shows me I will never trust them with my car taking it where it’s not supposed to be. Since I notice this has been a pattern I will keep posting for others to be aware where your car has been and the risk your taking. Do you know where your car is going?

I love taking my car here for service. The staff is friendly, the waiting area is clean and comfortable and I'm always bummed that they get the work done so fast that I have to get out of the comfy couch so quickly.

Andrew should up with his tow truck promptly and ahead of schedule and was super helpful, he took my vehicle with no issues. Very pleasant, and super knowledgeable, hopefully I won't need to use them for a tow again but if ever need one I will be calling them!

DO NOT USE! Made me wait 4 hours. Gave me a hard time about towing my car even with proper documentation. The tow guy was lazy and did not want to be bothered. Will be reaching out to BBB to file a report.

Action Auto & Towing is reliable, dependable and all around a great auto shop and business. My car broke down of a Friday night and my wait time was not long at all. Jason towed my car and was very informative of what could be going on. When we brought it into the shop unfortunately it was alot more than we thought. Tom continued to keep me in the loop and even gave me recommendations moving forward. Will definitely be using them for my car needs !
