I have used this company a few times to tow my car from my home to the repair shop. Each time the drivers have been very professional and courteous. The last tow driver was Mario and I really appreciated the effort he put into having to use the wrench to guide my car down the narrow driveway at my home. I have and will continue to recommend Action Towing to people I know.

Fast needed a battery jump .Zach the technician was great I told him the battery was original hence 14 yrs old he said I may have one on the truck sure enough he did . He installed it quickly..thanks again Zack..

VERY TRUSTWORTHY

Want to send a public thanks to Shaun last night for the quick service. Was stuck on 90-W NYS thruway - first ever car failure. Had to call Emergency Service which connect to Thruway which connected to Action. Was there in 23 mins from when Action called me. Thank you to the call coordinators as well. Approx $245 tow from Henrietta to Canandaigua but it was needed and I had minimal options.

Went for an oil change and they alerted me of an overdue inspection and over inflated tire - customer service in " ACTION"
