Hit a deer on I-90W at dusk just outside of Henrietta.. No one got hurt (except the deer). However, the car was disabled. What was starting to look like a very long and unpleasant night was rescued by Chris H of Action Towing. Chris arrived on the scene, got the car secured on the wrecker and then took the family and I into Henrietta to find a hotel for the night. Unfortunately, all most all hotels were fully booked for school graduations taking place. Chris was very patient and took us to three different hotels, ruining interference for us with the night staff, explaining our circumstance in an attempt to obtain a room. Once we finally found a place, he even helped carry our luggage to our room. Late and tired at that point, we were extremely appreciative for all he had done to ease our burden. Keep in mind, this was all done past 10 pm and the end of his normal working day. The next day, we Uber’d to Action Towing to pick up our now driveable car and thank Chris again for all had done for us the night before. Not satisfied yet, Chris insisted that he clean up the remaking shattered glass remnants of the driver’s side window that remained in the car after hitting the deer. I have to say, I am not sure I have ever seen anyone treat us as well as Chris did during our predicament.. Chris said Action’s owner is a Persian Gulf War veteran. I identified myself and my wife as Vets. So, to the owner of Action and fellow vet - you run a top notch company , primarily because you employ people like Chris. Also, much thanks to Sean at the front desk for taking the necessary steps to return our car to a driveable condition. Action Towing has left us with a very favorable impression of your company and Henrietta.
