Great service

After trying out more than a handful of mechanics in Rochester, I've finally settled with Action Towing. The service there is incredibly well priced, and upfront. The staff always explains what they're going to do, and why, and exactly how much it will cost. To top it all off they're very friendly and accommodating. Action Towing has earned a lifelong customer.

Kimberly said this business was able to get her vehicle fixed. They were very helpful and the personnel were nice.

Yu said it's good, quick, and he's satisfied with their service.

Spoke with Stan. He said this business was very accommodating and they provided him with great service.

Mauricio said the service was done correctly. The price was very effective but the service took a long time.

David said the service was as easy as it could be. The drivers were very accommodating. He does not have a single complaint.

Ryan said they did their service quickly and they answered his questions.

Jing said the service was fast.

We called Action towing on 4/1/17. Was quoted an estimated time of 90 minutes. After waiting 2 hours we contacted the dispatcher to get an update. He shared that they were extremely busy and that we would need to wait another 30-45 minutes. After questioning the delay further, the dispatcher told us he was no longer interested in towing our truck and hung up on us. On repeated attempts to contact the company, the dispatcher dropped our calls. I understand that things can get busy, however the situation was handled extremely poorly, and with tremendous disrespect for a waiting customer. I've never been treated so poorly by any service oriented business. I hope that this is not a reflection on the entire company, however the individual working when we needed assistance this evening did an extremely poor job of representing Action auto. We will be using another towing service moving forward.
