My car was dead and being sick from a stroke I was nervous. Andrew Alt is the most knowledgeable and kindest man I have ever met.I will definitely be going to Action from now on. I did not need to be towed! He fixed the problem like a champ.

Craig at Action Towing came to my rescue when I accidently locked my keys in the car with my phone and my baby! Thank God I had turned the AC on!! He was professional, polite, and a genuinely caring individual. He took the time to help me and my family when he was supposed to be spending time with his own family. I can't thank Craig and the Action Towing Family enough! I highly recommend them!

Great work on what ever you need done

Customer service kept changing the story of when the driver would be there to get my car, 2.5 hours later someonebshows up and when calling to seebif they could do anything this business was not in any way professional or accommodating.

Im David from Rochester, i was targeted by thieves during work hours having my catalytic converter cut out from under my vehicle between 8-am and noon . I have AAA and after calling the police to report the crime , and being told the vehicle was not safe to drive i called AAA for a tow. In less than an hour later a flatbed truck from “Action Rochester” came to assist me. The operators name is “Mario” and hes very professional and understanding. He made sure the vehicle made it to the garage and me safely. I would recommend him again for any further towing if needed in the future

Geico sent out a dispatch call, and even with it being late at night, Action Towing showed up fast and got my lockout problem fixed right away. They were friendly, professional, and made it look easy! Would happily call on them again.
