I don't remember the driver's name. I "kissed" the curb this morning, flattening two tires. Compounding the problem, I had my 16 month old grandson with me. (Woodman Pk and Fernwood Pk at about 10 or 10:30 Friday, June 25th). I am short and not really flexible. It took all I could do to get me safely in the truck. Your driver first buckled my grandson's carseat into his truck then, gently and sweetly, took my grandson and buckled him in it. Then, when we got to the mechanic, your driver took the carseat with my grandson sleeping in it and carried it up a long driveway to the shop's waiting area! Please Thank him again for me! That was above and beyond!

I recently had my 67 mustang towed and I have to say I had tons of anxiety about it, it's the only thing I have left of my mother, it was very traumatic for me, but the gentleman that picked it up, Zachari James, was a rock star, he is very good at what he does,very knowledgeable, very personable, very understanding, poor guy, I broke down crying at one point and he was great, and let me know when my car got to it's destination safely, thank you!!!!

My car was dead and being sick from a stroke I was nervous. Andrew Alt is the most knowledgeable and kindest man I have ever met.I will definitely be going to Action from now on. I did not need to be towed! He fixed the problem like a champ.

Craig at Action Towing came to my rescue when I accidently locked my keys in the car with my phone and my baby! Thank God I had turned the AC on!! He was professional, polite, and a genuinely caring individual. He took the time to help me and my family when he was supposed to be spending time with his own family. I can't thank Craig and the Action Towing Family enough! I highly recommend them!
