Tom and Sean were outstanding trying to help me find a new engine for my 2010 Audi A4, and also allowed me to keep the car stored there as I was transitioning to a new home. I have just moved into the area. I needed an inspection ASAP (overdue). They saw me right away. Great service and friendly employees. I would highly recommend on using them. I plan to call them for more services from now on.

They told me they would have a tow truck within an hour and an hour and a half. Waited well over 2 1/2 hours before their arrival. Not even the decency of a courtesy call to let me know that they were running behind. Would never use them again. They obviously don’t think much or care about a stranded passenger.

They text, take pictures, and send updates which added a level of assurance that my car was being handled by professionals looking to ensure I stayed a customer and was completely satisfied.
