Action auto has repaired cars for two of our children while they attended RIT. Literally have never seen such honesty and superior customer service. They sent me pictures of the work needed with the estimate. No surprise they are Service Disabled Veteran Owned, someone there "gets it". Rare these days to find an automotive repair business like this. Any business....

They finished the job quickly., explained exactly what needed to be done, and explained the cost breakdown before doing the repair.

Tom and Sean were outstanding trying to help me find a new engine for my 2010 Audi A4, and also allowed me to keep the car stored there as I was transitioning to a new home. Although I did not have the car fixed, this was due to cost, not the service, I will always use Action for all my car needs. Thank you so very much Action! Brad Snyder

I have just moved into the area. I needed an inspection ASAP (overdue). They saw me right away. Great service and friendly employees. I would highly recommend on using them. I plan to call them for more services from now on.

They told me they would have a tow truck within an hour and an hour and a half. Waited well over 2 1/2 hours before their arrival. Not even the decency of a courtesy call to let me know that they were running behind. Would never use them again. They obviously don’t think much or care about a stranded passenger.

Very courteous and professional! Will definitely use again.
