Very dependable service

Took my 2016 Nissan Frontier in for new tires, rear brakes and rotors. The job was completed in a timely manner and the price was competitive. The waiting area is clean and the people were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Action auto has repaired cars for two of our children while they attended RIT. Literally have never seen such honesty and superior customer service. They sent me pictures of the work needed with the estimate. No surprise they are Service Disabled Veteran Owned, someone there "gets it". Rare these days to find an automotive repair business like this. Any business....

They finished the job quickly., explained exactly what needed to be done, and explained the cost breakdown before doing the repair.

Tom and Sean were outstanding trying to help me find a new engine for my 2010 Audi A4, and also allowed me to keep the car stored there as I was transitioning to a new home.
