These guys are Amazing. The new service writer Tom is the best in the business. They text, take pictures, and send updates which added a level of assurance that my car was being handled by professionals looking to ensure I stayed a customer and was completely satisfied. Veteran owned and family oriented. Even the shop mascot buddy was a pleasure to be around.

Horrible place with rude customer service. Called and scheduled a tow at 2:30pm for 6pm pick up. Was told it would be a one hour window, 8pm and still no tow truck driver. Called to check the status and was hung up on. Will make sure to never use their service again.

Very professional but they need to get their payment system working. They had to run my card 4 times and call it in to the home office in order for the payment to work. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the card/ account.
