Awsome service. Everyone was so wonderful

My first experience was with their towing service. The guy who towed our car was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Since then we've had 3 repairs done at this shop. They are always very informative, helpful, they give us updates along the way, only have us do the necessary work (versus other shops who like to sell you more than you need), and they always do an amazing job. Customer service is always on point and their dog Buddy is the most relaxed and friendly little mechanic helper ever.

Zachari said this is the best place. He said they are respectful to the customers.

I cannot say enough positive things about my service experience at Action. Las was so attentive, explained what was going on, kept me in the loop without me having to follow up. I would highly recommend ACtion towing (and have been telling others about my great experience)

The most unprofessional towing service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They blocked my street, refused to pull up when I asked them to move so I could drive down my one way street, and when I asked him to propose a way for me to turn around when cars were behind me, he told me to “find a way.” I then called the office to report his unprofessional behavior and the operator was rude, described the situation from the drivers perspective and didn’t even allow me to speak before saying good bye and hanging up. I will be contacting someone in corporate.
