Consistent exceptional service; they take the time to explain in detail what is going on with my car, show me and also let me know how critical of a repair it is. If it can wait, they let me know. Not many service shops will do that.
Had to call AAA for a dead battery and starter. Scott drove the truck and was very helpful. You can have your repair good,fast or cheap. Rog did well in providing me options and the cost wasn't too bad with a good warranty.Thanks also to Joseph and Laz for their help.
My bf had a flat tire the other day. He wasn't able to change it with the tiny lug wrench that comes with the car and donut tire so he called AAA. The tow truck driver arrived quickly and was very polite and professional. From time of call to finished service...20 min. That's great service :-)
