I suffered through a few other mechanic shops before I discovered Action. I have used their tow service once and have now used their shop several times. Their customer service is superb--better than most businesses of any industry, let alone for a mechanic shop. Always friendly and polite, always willing to take the time to explain all the work that was done and answer any questions. Their work is quick and professional as well, and they keep you updated throughout the process. And the icing on the cake--their prices are great in comparison to other shops in the area. I don't plan to go anywhere else any time soon!

Had a great experience with these guys. Their tow truck driver was super friendly and helpful. They figured out what was wrong with my car and gave me a strait answer that fixing it wasn't really going to be a good or cost effective solution, and helped me get rid of my broken down car. I would highly recommend them to any people in the nearby area and especially to college students they are extremely accommodating.

AMAZING. They were quick to show up, and I felt the whole time that both my car (my baby) and myself were safe. Action was called by my insurance company as a part of roadside assistance and were covered, but I hope that if I ever had to pay for towing, I would receive service as I did today. The driver was extremely courteous and helpful. Using Action made what could have been a very stressful time into something friendly and straightforward.

She said she hopes they do not lose their sense humor. She stated it is like she has known them all her life. They make a person feel comfortable.
