Very professional but they need to get their payment system working. They had to run my card 4 times and call it in to the home office in order for the payment to work. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the card/ account.

My wife recently got a flat tire on her way home from work and pretty close to home. My son and I headed to where she was to give her a hand. Before we arrived Chris from Action Rochester happened along and put the spare on her car - no doubt in a fraction of the time it would have taken us. A kind act like this is priceless and speaks volumes. If I ever need emergency service or a tow, I know exactly who I'm going to call. Thank you Chris!

Just started off bad they were chose to tow my carC, called said they would be a hour late and I never heard from them again. My car didn’t get picked up until nearly 4 hours AFTER the call was placed. AAA didn’t even end up charging me for that tow and Inwas 7 months pregnant in the parking lot for almost 3hrs. My car got dropped off here after it wouldn’t start, I had to call twice for a follow-up and both times they never had a real update so I drove up there to talk in person. He told me he was “90 percent” sure my motor was blown but it could be the starter too. Mentioned that about 3 times when I told him I just had that replaced around a year ago. My hood was open at 3:30p in the parking lot, when I drove by at 9:30p it was still open and everything else was closed. They said they hadn’t even pulled my car in the shop to really look at it and they needed a few days to really see if that was it. He told me there was no oil in the car and it had splattered all over. However, When I went to look at the car no oil was splattered anywhere. I had my car towed out of there and taken to somewhere else that could give me a 100 percent sure answer and was honest. I will never trust these guys with any of my vehicles. Never will I have my vehicle towed over there either. Stay away from them.

It was best experience I've ever had with a Auto repair shop ever, Drove up from Maryland, and the mechanics in MD really did a FU job on my car, and got back here, and car just plain quit! They got be back on the road, and now my car runs better then ever, Thanks Tom and crew, this is the place to go!!!
