My car refuses to start, it is going back in for the 3rd time after they got it to start the last 2 times. I like how they troubleshoot and fix the problem, they are very professional and kind and I love how we are all trying to put our heads together to pinpoint the problem. Thank you Action! Hopefully we find out what in the world in going on with this car!!!

I cannot express how much I appreciate the driver who towed my partners car. I believe his name was Rob and I wish I had paid more attention to his name tag. He went above and beyond in helping us, was a wonderful driver when transporting us and the car to the mechanic. If I could rate this business based on just this one person I would rate it ten out of five stars.

I was in a very difficult situation when my car broke down at R.I.T. & I was now 2 hours away from home. Laz and his crew took great care of me and my car. It was a difficult repair, with many obstacles, and through it all Laz kept me well informed, and reassured. In the end, the car is fixed, I have a thorough understanding of what happened, a receipt that includes several photos to show my hometown mechanic, and my bill was MORE THAN fair for the work that was done.
