Broke down on I-90 and Michael came out and picked me up. He was super nice and professional. Brought me back to the shop and helped me find a decent hotel to stay for the night. In addition he let me grab my bicycle, hooked it up on the truck bed, brought me to the hotel and even suggested a few places I could ride my bike around town. My car was serviced at Action Towing the next day and the people at the counter were just as nice as Michael and made sure that I was happy with the service and that everything was done correctly the first time. Being on a 3000+ mile road trip in 22 year old Toyota 4-Runner, I was ecstatic they paid such close attention. I was able to continue the rest of my journey and make it home safely without any other issues. Thank you Michael and all of you at Action Towing for the amazing service that was truly above and beyond.

They are great, friendly, and don't take advantage of people like many other car repair places I have been to and my family has been to. It's hard being a woman and taking your car in for repairs or getting towed. These guys made me feel comfortable, informed, and safe.

Chris came out to tow my car to the dealership because of a flat tire. He arrived promptly and was able to remove the nail from my tire and repair it right in the driveway in under 10 minutes. He saved me the hassle and $$ of having it towed and repaired at the dealership. Excellent service - Thank you!
