I would totally recommend this place! The staff was super nice and helpful. It was a pleasure getting to have my Jetta be part of action towing & service. The customer service reps at the front desk (Lazaro & Amber) were VERY knowledgeable and personable. They made for a comfortable experience. I will Be back! Thank you guys!!!

Dustin said they took really good care of him and being a vet he likes that they are a veteran run business. He said they worked with him and his situation. He said they didn't pressure him and Spence was great to work with.

As always the automotive service was excellent and the customer service as well. The front desk staff are friendly and upbeat. hey remember me when I come in.

Krish said he was very satisfied with the service, and the person working the front desk was nice. He did have one small issue with the tires being overfilled, which resulted in the warning light coming on, but he was able to release some of the pressure and easily fix the issue himself.

they are quick !!! thank you for a quick response time from the long distance you came from to do a lockout . I felt dumb but 2nd time in 20 years ain't bad 😂

Worst customer service ever, would give zero stars if I could. The technician that came out from AAA was very rude and disrespectful to both my boyfriend and I. Was verbally threatening and even told us he would kick both my boyfriends and myselfs a**. Never in my life have I ever been treated nor talked to in that way as a customer. Also after all of the verbage he exchanged he ended up just leaving us with our car that will not start. I will never use action towing ever again and will always request a different company in the future. I hope he loses his job because that was horrible customer service and if had stayed I would of called 911.
