I hate that I even need to say this but I most appreciated that I didn't feel taken advantage of. As a woman, I often find that most places will try to sell you unnecessary parts or services. Not here.
Karl said both technicians, Troy and Eric, were very professional. They walked through the details. They provided fast and friendly service.

Just brought the car in for an oil change but their service is always great. Maybe not the fastest but they're thorough and give you warnings about potential problems before they happen.
I don't let anyone but Scott B work on my cars - always fixes the issue & checks for any other issues I may have not noticed
