Very nice very professional

A very pleasant experience with the associate that helped me on I-90. And breaking down on the Thruway is about as stressful as it gets. Adam was calm and explained what I needed to do, and made good conversation on the 30 minute trip to my mechanic. As he pointed out, it's great to be a AAA Plus member when you break down on the Thruway!
