Nicholas was very sweet, helped me right away. Explained everything very clearly, and even gave me some advice on other car troubles.

On November 12 a Tuesday Action Auto Towed my car which hit a curb. It was AM The young man extolled himself about working 20 years but neglected to lock my car just 2 miles away at Tire Choice. Some thief broke in and stole $200 worth of camping gear and my insurance papers. Don't trust them to lock a vehicle without your presence.

I had the pleasure of receiving help from Nick who was dispatched out to service my Battery issue after going through hell with AAA regarding the problem. Three service calls later and talking to 5 different customer service reps, Nick was the reason my problem came with a solution. He was very kind, knowledgeable and patient with helping me out. He is also genuine about the work he does. He also sat out there and talked to my dad as he worked on the issue. Thank you to Nick for being who you were and thank you for the service you provide. We need more people like Nick. Action keep him around
