Great service and situation overall. Helped me cut the expenses on a repair estimate and replaced my breaks and rotors for less than half the first shop estimated me for. I also got to finance the repairs as well, which I found to be extremely helpful. Definitely recommend this spot for service and the towing service was also exceptional — they were the ones who even directed me to their shop after learning of the first estimated costs.

These guys are awesome, they've had to tow my trucks twice and done maintenance both times. Only shop big enough to handle large trucks. Everyone there from the owner and his team are awesome

Our car broke down on I90 west on the way to Buffalo from Albany. We were a long way from home and could not find a rental agency that would bring us a rental car. After dropping our car off at a garage, your tow truck driver, Andrew, was kind enough to take us to the Rochester Airport where we got a rental car. He went above and beyond his job duty.

Adam was great with getting my 1995 Range Rover onto a flat bed after my front drive shaft flange broke. After a long drive we made it 70 miles to my garage, overall a great experience! Thanks, Adam!
