Adam was extremely professional and was able to plug my flat tire very quickly, I originally wanted to get my truck towed to a shop to get the tire repaired but Adam said he could fix it on the spot which saved me so much time! I’m very happy with Adam’s service!

Tuesday after work, looking forward to getting home only to discover the battery was dead. Henry arrived within 30 minutes after the AAA call and changed out the "bad" battery in no time at all. A thoroughly delightful and capable fellow--just the recipe for great customer service at a time when frustration could have been the experience. It was NOT.

Adam was a great and reliable driver that went above and beyond to make sure I was okay.

Today my less than 2 year old battery gave out. I called AAA and the dispatched a service associate Henry from Action Auto and they came within 15 minutes. He assessed my battery as dead. Henry was able to get my car started and I made it home to have my husband exchange the battery on warranty. Henry was very nice and helpful. I would give Action and Henry 5 stars.

AAA sent Henry to remove my totally flat right rear tire on my Toyota Highlander after I hit a curb. He was warm and friendly, and reassuring that I could safely drive on my spare tire (which was quite a job to free from it's carrying position under the rear of the car.) If I lived closer this would become my first choice garage, and Henry my first choice mechanic.
