It was such a hot day when my car conked out in the Hobby Lobby parking lot. Jake arrived much quicker than expected and waited for me while I exited the air conditioned store. He tried to resuscitate my vehicle, but it seems to be dead. He spoke to Geico for me and straightened out all the paperwork and called for a tow. He waited to make sure the tow truck was actually on its way. He was so nice about everything. When the tow truck came, Michael, the driver, was every bit as nice and understanding as Jake. I was lucky to have the two nicest guys help me that day. And neither of them complained about the sweltering temps they were forced to work in. Patient, understanding, fast and kind. I would recommend this service to anyone.
