My car had been having issues, and finally conked out on the very day I decided to call my mechanic. Well, my mechanic retired years ago and I didn't know. I called AAA for a tow, and they brought my car here. It took nearly a week, but considering I literally dropped in out of nowhere I'm okay with that timeline. I'm sure things go faster with a scheduled appointment.

We were leaving on a family trip the next day and they bent over backwards to get a matching tire to the one that was flat. Normally, based on passed experiences, I do not have the AAA company tow me to their shop, but in the future I will request Action towing.

The service was completed in a timely manner and done so very satisfactory.

I got a flat tire this morning (07/15/2026 at 7:20am) with 3 minutes left in my commute, but didn’t realize until a coworker saw and notified me around 10am. Action was so swift. The tech Brian was there within 20 minutes and had my donut on within minutes. He was kind, courteous, and personable. He showed me where to find the size of my tire as I was ordering a new one and scheduling appointment for replacement. Exemplary service Action! I received roadside assistance from Action Towing and Service to change a flat tire after calling NYS Thruway Authority. Ryan showed up to help in an extremely reasonable timeframe. He was super friendly and kind, very efficient, and very thorough- especially since it was so hot outside and I was on the side of the Thurway during commute traffic. He replaced my flat tire with my spare and had me back on the road very quickly. I really, really appreciated the high quality assistance and customer service. I would definitely recommend Action Towing and Service!!

Geico Roadside Assistance got this company to come out to jump my car. Jake was amazing, got to my house and had it running in less than a half hour! Jumped the battery, ran a diagnostic and filled a low tire 😊. Very nice gentleman!
