This morning I got a flat tire. Nick helped us out. When he got to us he was very friend and got to work right away. Changed the tire in 5 minutes. Thank you so much Nick! You did great!!

Yesterday, as a Good Samaritan, I helped an 86-year-old woman who couldn't get her car started over near marketplace Mall. We eventually, through AAA, came in contact with Dale, their representative. He was wonderful. Very professional and helped explain to this lady what happened and got her car running so she could eventually be on her way. Thank you, Dale! Action Towing you have a great employee!!

I got stuck in the mud and it feel for Two Plus hours and staff member for Action Auto pulled me out in minutes really helping me out. Great service!

Zack (apologies but I believe that was his name) helped me out on a rainy afternoon May 28th with a busted tire. He arrived promptly, got me spare on, gave me some recommendations and had everything fixed in minutes. Really appreciated the service, no pressure and genuinely was trying to help. Fingers crossed I won’t need to, but if I need roadside again, I’ll be calling action.

I want to give a big thanks to Larry for going above & beyond for his customer's! I needed my vehicle transferred from one dealership to another. Larry spent almost an hour trying to locate my vehicle with little to no help from the service reps, and made to to triple check, verify, & did not leave without making sure that my car was located, towed, and made it safely to the destination. Most workers would have left the task for another worker & gave up after the first mishap. Thanks again Larry!!
