On October 4th, your company was sent to tow my car, being that it would not start. The driver, Michael, jumped out of the truck with the biggest smile and was so friendly. Once he found out we were having trouble with the fob, he new exactly what to do to reset it, which the dealer service department didn’t even suggest or know. Michael said we made his day, but he really made ours!

Adam was incredibly nice, patient and professional.

Ryan and Henry came to my rescue today. I had a flat tire at Highland Hospital and they put my dummy tire on for me. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. Thanks so much guys! I made it to my next appointment on time. Great Service!!!

From start to finish I was very impressed. I needed a tow from my house to a dealership and the woman who answered the phone was very nice and explained everything that would she was doing to set up the tow for later in the day. My driver, Mike, arrived on time and was able to tentatively diagnose the problem prior to putting it on the flatbed. He was very nice and even told me that he would handle turning over the car to the dealership. Hopefully I won't need a tow in the future, but if I do I would highly recommend Action Towing. Thank you!
