I find most service writers pushy and rude. Tommy was a wonderful change of pace. No "manspeak", no scare tactics, just an honest assessment of my vehicle and fair pricing. I will be returning for some of the other work recommended at a later date. I do wish they offered Non-GMO coffee instead of those K-cups, but I will just bring my own next time.

I love taking my car here for service. The staff is friendly, the waiting area is clean and comfortable and I'm always bummed that they get the work done so fast that I have to get out of the comfy couch so quickly.
