From start to finish I was very impressed. I needed a tow from my house to a dealership and the woman who answered the phone was very nice and explained everything that would she was doing to set up the tow for later in the day. My driver, Mike, arrived on time and was able to tentatively diagnose the problem prior to putting it on the flatbed. He was very nice and even told me that he would handle turning over the car to the dealership. Hopefully I won't need a tow in the future, but if I do I would highly recommend Action Towing.
