Had my car towed by a driver named Joe after popping a tire today. Super nice dude. Thankful for the help :)

My belt snapped and I broke down on the side of the highway during a cross-country road trip. Matthew was absolutely amazing—he helped tow both my car and trailer and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He even helped find the right place to bring my car and assisted with figuring out where to store my trailer while it was being repaired. The woman who answered the phone was also incredibly kind and friendly. Overall, fantastic service—I’m so grateful for their help!

The folks over at Action have time and time again made maintaining and fixing our vehicles easy and understandable. They take the time to walk through all options and have made taking our vehicles there an easy choice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest pricing and the highest level of customer service. Action Towing was called yesterday to rescue my wife's vehicle broken down between exits 47 and 46 of I90 on her way home from work . It was cold and raining and the driver was nothing but pleasant and helpful. His first concern was always with her safety as it became dark. I can not express my appreciation enough for the professionalism and dedication the driver had for his job and his responsibilities.

Bad service , when ever i do never on time even i purchased membership plus of towing that it will save my money but they never came to tow my car i have to do towing from other companies and i am just wasting my money on this very disappointed like 4 time brooo stop that nonsense and call customer that it will take 20 min then 40 min then an hour that person need your road sided help 1 star idk why i gave that

We were on our way to pick up our new puppy when we caught that pothole on Monroe at clover. We called AAA and Jason showed up in 10 minutes. It was the easiest process. He was personable, professional and most of all kind to us on an exciting day that went wrong. I cannot say enough about Jason and how much his help kept us focused and relaxed when we just wanted to scream. Highly recommend these guys. Thank you. We did finally manage to get our puppy.
