Nick from Action Auto (truck 21 I believe) was extremely helpful in getting my car back up and starting as well as replacing my battery. I placed a call to AAA on 7/25 and Nick arrived in about 15 minutes after the call and was able to jump my car and replace my battery. All of this was done before the time AAA gave me for his arrival. Total pro and I will recommend them (and Nick) for any future automotive needs I may have. Very happy with the service as well as professionalism to get my car back up and running :). - Chris

I was very, very pleased with the service when I called AAA about my truck not starting. They sent Nick Russel from Action Towing to help and he was the nicest person that you can meet. He was helpful and was very knowledgeable about the problem. He answered all the questions I had and worked very hard to get us back on the road so I could go to work, which we was able to do. I definitely would recommend Action Towing because of him.

Scheduling was easy online. Although there were a couple of hiccups, things were made right and service was completed in a timely manner and done correctly.

I have a "76 just put back on the road this year. I have used my AAA more than a few times for it now. I'm lucky to have gotten help from Joe and Bobby today. Both times Joe has helped he responded very quickly and went above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable. Today Bobby showed incredible patience and understanding. He responded quickly, was professional, and helped put my worries at ease. He took care with my very old vehicle and I appreciate it so much. These guys deserve more money Action, fr fr. On Sunday June 29th, my car would not start, after calling triple A, Action Towing & Service arrived at my home. The gentleman Zakk32 was very professional, respectful and answered all my questions. He stayed until my car was up and running again. Excellent Service, would recommend this company!!

Called AAA for a flat tire. Jacob from Action Towing and Service arrived quickly to my rescue. He made sure my spare was safe and had enough air in it and then quickly and expertly took off the flat and replaced it with the spare. He even inspected the tire to try and assess what caused the flat. Best service I have ever received from a AAA responder. I highly recommend this company and I hope any time in the future that I require assistance that someone from Action Towing is who comes to assist.

We were assigned to Action Rochester through Triple AAA after I requested help with a flat tire. Zack arrived quickly. He found the hole and fixed the tire within 15 minutes. We were able to keep the plans we had for the evening which made my kids very happy. It was a great experience. Thank you so much, Zack!
