My first experience was great as far as the clarity and the honesty behind what i was being told. My cars always leave fixed everytime. I never feel taken advantage of and appreciate the knowledge i gain everytime!

I typically have a great experience with Action and did so again this time for the most part. However I noticed a $213 diagnostic charge on my last service. This was a surprise since I am a longtime customer who brings 4 vehicles to your business. We have had the diagnostic fee waived in the past when we got the work done. That was not the case this time…Also we made the shop aware of the O2 sensor issue and gave the code to match it. I am not sure why the diagnostic took over an hour when the problems with the car were told to the shop when it was dropped off. Good service overall but the large diagnostic charge to a returning customer seemed like it could've been adjusted.
I required towing due to two flat tires. Action Towing responded to my AAA request quickly. They were easy to communicate with and the driver, Mario, was so kind and helpful!
