My kids, my mother and I were broke down on the thruway. It was the scariest thing for my kids! Bobby got to us quick and got us out of that dangerous situation. He was kind and respectful. We will only be calling action for towing services/ roadside issues.

I had the best experience last night with action towing. I thought I needed a jumpstart turned out I needed a tow; zero hassle with that. The driver that came was Nick. He was very kind and helpful. i’m disabled temporarily, and Nick definitely took some extra steps to accommodate me. Make sure I was safe getting in and out of the truck and great conversation.

I had a flat tire and the tow trucker guy who helped me was so nice and friendly he made my day as I was crying because I had family I just buried and to have a flat tire was what more could happened. I’m glad he came and helped me

I lost my car keys and needed to call my insurance to send help. Due to my complicated situation, I needed two separate calls to resolve my issue. I’m so glad they called Action Towing. The first truck to arrive was able to unlock my car so I could see if my keys were in the car. The second truck was needed to tow my car once I realized the keys were not recoverable. Both service members were helpful, quick, and professional. I was impressed with their organization and quick response time. I am so grateful for the service Action provided today. Highly recommend.

Tldr: tow serve is good, shop service I will never use again. The tow truck drivers and service are good. But the shop would get a 1 star review, they were not honest with me about when they would be able to look and my car and I ended up wasting 2 days of my time waiting for them to give me any information. They did stick to any schedule they gave me I always had to call them to follow up. The issue with my car ended up being a blown fuse and a wire shorting out. The tow truck driver I had was Mason, he was great and made my stressful day a lot better.

Action Towing failed to address customer complaint!!!I called to complain about a reckless, dangerous tow truck driver. I was told I needed to be "Professional " when making this comlaint!!! PROFESSIONAL????? Me or your DRIVER? As he ran me off the road while transporting Individuals with disabilities!!! Attached is the photos, videos will be posted of his reckless behavior!!! Be aware!!! TYPICAL NARCISSISTIC, INCORRIGIBLE RESPONE!! MY employer has verified his recklessness thru the 3 individuals I was transporting!! Also videos!! We'll let the Judge be the Judge 👨‍⚖️. GOD BLESS!!!

Great service and situation overall. Helped me cut the expenses on a repair estimate and replaced my breaks and rotors for less than half the first shop estimated me for. I also got to finance the repairs as well, which I found to be extremely helpful. Definitely recommend this spot for service and the towing service was also exceptional — they were the ones who even directed me to their shop after learning of the first estimated costs.

Beware! The worst!!! I wish I didn’t have to put any stars! Called AAA, they sent Action who persuaded us to bring car to them not the dealer. $200 to “investigate customer concern, bad battery-$256 to replace. “Starter and alternator checked” Less than 50 miles later the car died-paid to have alternator replaced at another shop. $456 Rip off!

Outstanding service beginning with the professionalism and courtesy of the two driver, the outstanding representative who guided me through the necessary repairs and cost, and the excellent mechanics who serviced my vehicle.
