My kids, my mother and I were broke down on the thruway. It was the scariest thing for my kids! Bobby got to us quick and got us out of that dangerous situation. He was kind and respectful. We will only be calling action for towing services/ roadside issues.

I had the best experience last night with action towing. I thought I needed a jumpstart turned out I needed a tow; zero hassle with that. The driver that came was Nick. He was very kind and helpful. i’m disabled temporarily, and Nick definitely took some extra steps to accommodate me. Make sure I was safe getting in and out of the truck and great conversation.

I had a flat tire and the tow trucker guy who helped me was so nice and friendly he made my day as I was crying because I had family I just buried and to have a flat tire was what more could happened. I’m glad he came and helped me

I lost my car keys and needed to call my insurance to send help. Due to my complicated situation, I needed two separate calls to resolve my issue. I’m so glad they called Action Towing. The first truck to arrive was able to unlock my car so I could see if my keys were in the car. The second truck was needed to tow my car once I realized the keys were not recoverable. Both service members were helpful, quick, and professional. I was impressed with their organization and quick response time. I am so grateful for the service Action provided today. Highly recommend.
