Nicholas was very sweet, helped me right away. Explained everything very clearly, and even gave me some advice on other car troubles.

I had the pleasure of receiving help from Nick who was dispatched out to service my Battery issue after going through hell with AAA regarding the problem. Three service calls later and talking to 5 different customer service reps, Nick was the reason my problem came with a solution. He was very kind, knowledgeable and patient with helping me out. He is also genuine about the work he does. He also sat out there and talked to my dad as he worked on the issue. Thank you to Nick for being who you were and thank you for the service you provide. My kids, my mother and I were broke down on the thruway. It was the scariest thing for my kids! Bobby got to us quick and got us out of that dangerous situation. He was kind and respectful. We will only be calling action for towing services/ roadside issues.
